End of Trip Facilities
Male and Female change rooms, shower and locker facilities are provided on Basement Level. State Government tenants with a valid access card to one40william will automatically be provided with access to these secured locations. State Government Tenants should contact the Agencies Tenant Representative for information regarding the allocation of these facilties.
Our secured bicycle parking facility is located within the Basement Level 1. Access is gained via William Street entrance by using your building access card. The facility is available 24 hours a day and can accommodate 238 bicycles. *Please Note: bicycles are not to be left in this facility overnight and bicycle locks must not be left attached to racks when not in use.
Non Government commercial tenants also have access to secure bike parking facilities. Please contact building management for further information on 08 9420 1000.
one40william has a permanently manned Security presence 24 hours per day 7 days per week. During business hours our Security Manager is based within the high security control room adjacent to Concierge in the commercial lobby area. Access to the building perimeter is managed electronically and monitored with closed circuit television.
One40william has an extensive CCTV system and works closely with the WA Police to maintain the safety of the building and its tenants. If you have special requirements it is recommended you discuss these with the Security Manager.
The Security Team are all first aid trained and act as first responders for any on site incidents.
The Security Manager acts as the Chief Fire Warden in the event of a fire
The Tenant Services team co-ordinates all onsite services on behalf of CBRE for one40william Tenants. Current Services Provided include:
- Onsite Building Management team
- Concierge Desk (8am-5pm)
- 24 Hour Security
- Day and Night Cleaning
- Building Website
The role of the Tenant Services team at one40william is to provide and maintain the vital daily communication link between Tenants and Building Management. The responsibilities of Tenant Services include: Co-ordinating responses to Tenant requests and enquiries As the first point of contact for Tenants, Tenant Services at our Concierge Desk accepts all service requests and enquiries seeing them through from inception to completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
For the convenience of our Tenants and their clients, the Concierge Desk is located on the ground floor lobby of the William Street commercial entrance. Our staff are happy to make that important first impression for your business and when assisting clients to your tenancy. All visitors to the Government Agencies should be directed to the Gordon Stephenson House reception on Level 2 via the lobby lifts.
Emergency Evacuation Program
The Emergency Evacuation Program is managed by our Security Manager who also acts as the Chief Fire Warden. This includes the training of Wardens and practice Evacuation Drills. Building Management will regularly meet with your Administration/Facility Manager for your feedback, so we can learn how to tailor and improve the service to you.
Regular inspections are conducted by Building Management to ensure the highest cleaning standards are maintained.

Resolve Facilities Management
On behalf of the State Government tenant, Resolve Facilities Management will distribute tenant log in details to State Government tenant representatives on each floor enabling them to access to the commercial website to register any problems they may be having with building services such as air conditioning etc. Resolve FM will also maintain a register of tenant related issues on the State Governments behalf. Cleaning Contractor Dimeo Cleaning Services is one40william's cleaning contractor. Cleaning Inspections are carried out regularly to ensure the expected high standards are mantained.
Day cleaners are employed from 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The cleaners are available to meet any cleaning issue that may arise in your tenancy.
