Cbus Property, together with CBRE, owner and manager of one40william respectively, have set industry leading sustainability parameters upon which one40william is to be operated and maintained.  These goals require a fully integrated approach to sustainability initiatives commencing at building design and continuing to the operational stage of the building.  Most important is the ongoing commitment of all participants – management personnel, consultants, contractors and most importantly tenants and their staff.

The results are now evident with one40william being awarded a 5 Star Greenstar As Built rating in July 2013 and a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating in August 2013.  We strongly believe the property industry as a whole is now confronting the dual challenge of a rapidly growing demand for similarly diminishing resources.
